                           Seven (7) Federal Certifications

1. 8a Certification: Small business development program for Small Business Association (SBA) – $3500

2. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Certification: For disabled veterans – $2500

3. Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) – $2500

4. Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business (EDWOSB): The woman’s net worth must be $4.5 million or less – $2500

5. Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) – $2500

6. Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone): Must live in a low to moderate income community. – $2500

8. Section 3: Rehabilitating and purchasing HUD properties – $2500

–DIY (Do It Yourself): We provide a DIY kit at 50% of regular cost ($1,250)

–Business Development: Post certification and pre-procurement
